Welcome to Decision Kits. These Terms of Use explain how you may use our website, products, templates, and any Custom Solutions we provide. By purchasing or downloading any of our templates (“Templates”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

Decision Kits provides digital Excel and Google Sheets templates designed to support financial, operational, marketing, and e-commerce decision-making. All Templates are delivered digitally and are subject to the licensing terms below.

2. License to Use Templates

When you purchase a Template, a Pack, or the Full Suite, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license allowing you to use the Templates inside your company or organization. You may share Templates internally with members of your team. You may also modify Templates for internal company use.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, or share Templates outside your organization. You may not provide Templates to clients, external teams, or third parties. You may not upload Templates to websites, marketplaces, GitHub, cloud folders, or any public or private platform for external access. You may not claim authorship of Templates, create competing products from them, or sell derivative versions.

If you need usage rights for external or client deliverables, please contact us to request written permission or a commercial usage agreement.

3. Digital Products

All Templates are delivered as digital files.
No physical items are shipped.
Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

4. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

4.1 Template Usage and Data Handling

Our Templates operate entirely on your local computer. Decision Kits does not collect, store, or access any data you input into the Templates. We do not track activity inside Templates and we do not transmit or process your data. Everything remains under your exclusive control.

4.2 Custom Solutions

If you request a Custom Solution, you may choose to share sample data or structural information. Any data shared will be treated as strictly confidential. Data is used only for the purpose of delivering your Custom Solution, is never shared with third parties, and is not used to build or improve other Templates. We do not store customer data once the project is completed. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request.

We only work with template structure, logic, and modeling unless explicit data sharing is contracted and agreed between both parties.

4.3 GDPR Compliance

We follow EU GDPR principles. You may request the deletion of any project files or communications that include personal or business data.

5. Updates

Purchasing a Template, Pack, or the Full Suite includes lifetime access to updates for those specific files or collections. Update frequency is not guaranteed.

6. Custom Solutions

Custom Solutions are one-off modeling services based on your request. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, they follow the same licensing terms as Templates. They are for internal use only and may not be redistributed externally. Payment is required before delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on project scope.

7. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Decision Kits Templates and Custom Solutions are tools designed to support internal business decision-making. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting services. All decisions made using Templates remain your responsibility.

8. Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final.
Decision Kits cannot offer refunds for digital downloads.
If you experience any issues with your files, please contact us for assistance.

9. Liability

Decision Kits is not liable for financial losses, business decisions, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use or inability to use Templates. All Templates and Custom Solutions are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in Templates, Packs, the Full Suite, and Custom Solutions remain the exclusive property of Decision Kits. You receive a license to use Templates; you do not receive ownership of the underlying code, structure, or logic.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our products or website after updates constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
