Refund policy

Effective date: July, 2025

Overview

All Decision Kits products are digital downloads. There are no physical returns. We offer refunds in limited cases (see below) and are happy to help with setup or troubleshooting at info@decisionkits.com.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if one of the following is true:

  1. Not downloaded: You have not downloaded or accessed any file in your order.

  2. Defective / not as described: The file is corrupted, has broken formulas, or materially differs from the product description/screenshots. We will first try to resolve the issue. If we cannot, we’ll refund you.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after downloading/accessing the files

  • Incompatibility due to unsupported software versions when minimum requirements were met (Excel/Google Sheets noted on the page)

  • Free products

To request a refund, email info@decicionkits.com with your order number and a brief description. We’ll confirm eligibility and, if approved, process the refund to your original payment method. Banks can take up to 10 business days to post the credit.

Exchanges

Since these are digital files, we don’t offer exchanges. If you purchased the wrong item, contact us—if no files were downloaded, we can cancel and you can reorder the correct product.

Access & Delivery

After checkout you’ll receive instant download links on the confirmation page and via email. Keep your files backed up; links may expire over time.

EU/UK Digital Content (Cooling-Off)

If you are in the EU/UK: by starting the download, you request immediate supply of digital content and agree to waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that content. If you do not start the download, you can still exercise your 14-day withdrawal right.

Support

If something doesn’t work, email info@decisionkits.com. We target a 48-hour (Mon–Fri) response time and will fix issues like broken formulas, protection/permissions, or file access.

License

Each purchase grants a single-company, internal-use license. Redistribution or reselling of the files is not permitted. See the license file included in your download.
